RM Power Solutions is a small consulting engineering firm specializing in electrical engineering and customer relationships.
At RM Power Solutions, we work with many companies in the industrial sector to serve their electrical needs and bridge the gap between utilities and commercial consumers. Our work is interesting, constantly evolving, and requires a hands-on approach. We are always looking for quality individuals who like to work with people and solve problems. We take great care in our work, but we also care about every employee’s well-being, financial security, and work/life balance.
Tyler graduated from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and is now the president and owner of RM Power Solutions. Tyler has a long history in electrical testing, primarily focused on protection relaying and substation operations, and permitting departments, vendors, contractors, engineers, and their clients on entire facilities, drill rigs, pumping units, and other needs of their clients. In 2018, Tyler purchased RM Reps Co and renamed it what it is today, RM Power Solutions, as it better represents what his company does.
As the owner of RM Power Solutions, Tyler’s aim is to staff an engineering consulting agency that offers technical project management to clients, bringing power to locations and providing an all-around engineering based, value added solutions to their clients.
Marc graduated from Montana State University-Northern with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and is now a licensed Professional Engineer. Marc's background includes working as a consultant in the Medium-High voltage power industry, working for electric cooperatives and oil and gas clients throughout the United States. He also has a strong history of managing the design and installation of overhead and underground distribution, transmission, and substations projects.
Marc now provides engineering and project management services for clients in the Oil and Gas industry. He provides services from the inception of projects through to completion, managing all processes throughout to ensure the client power needs are met.
Jeremy graduated from Montana State University-Northern with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering technology and started his career working in the oil and gas industry as a welding inspector. He has a strong background in the power systems and consulting industry, working alongside many cooperatives and utilities, designing electrical substations, transmission and distribution systems.
Jeremy now works with many industrial clients in Northern Colorado and manages their power needs and provides day-to-day expertise and assistance. He is excited to be a part of the new RM Power Solutions and help the company to evolve going forward!
Jennifer graduated from the University of Colorado with a master’s degree in physics and before that with a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. Jennifer’s background spans many disciplines including aerospace, high volume integrated circuit manufacturing and test, consumer electronics, and design of power systems.
Jennifer now provides electrical design support for both the commercial and oil and gas industries, grounding schemes, hazardous area classifications, and Arc Flash analysis. All these services help to identify risks and prevent burns and injuries to personnel and ensure electrical systems function safely and reliably.
Currently is completing a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, along with an associate degree in business both from Colorado State University and has been a project manager for electrical systems in the oil and gas industry for the past six years. Josh spent nine years prior to that in the brewing industry in packing, maintenance, and sales/delivery, he has operated equipment and utilizes his commercial driver’s license throughout that time.
